「I realize the hotel is older then some of the others in Midland. It needs a bit of maintenance but otherwise it's a good place to stay. It's mid range in price, staff is friendly and helpful. The pool area is great, our grandchildren, son and daughter in law really enjoyed it.」

「The positives: Clean bed, linens and overall general upkeep was good. The negatives: Some standard items that I would have expected were missing. There was no full length mirror in the room to double check your outfit before heading out. I also didn't an ironing board or iron but this might be available at the front desk, I didn't ask as I didn't need it.
