no light in the corridor on the 3rd floor, broken low-quality blinds in the windows, no kettle in the rooms, no access to hot drinking water, restaurant closed, not enough sockets, only one broken bin for the whole room (bathroom)... managers must take a close look at this 4 star hotel

Hotel was very clean & toom was very comfortable. This, however, was the first hotel at which I've stayed where there was no hot water available in the room to make coffee or tea. The daytime desk clerk was arrogant and made me feel as if I didn't belong. He was very condescending when we asked a question. The location was perfect for all of the attractions we wanted to see, but I would never stay there again.

Booked the suite . Size and regalness of the suitewas great. Weekeday prices were very cheap. Located in an amazing old town area with botantical gardens right next door and many historic sites to visit.

Pięknie położony elegancki hotel
Elegancki hotel pięknie położony w "kościelnej" części Wrocławia, między kościołami, zadbanymi kamieniczkami i brukowanymi uliczkami; szczególnie latem można się poczuć niczym w miasteczku na południu Francji. Z okna widok na piękny kościół św. krzyża i ogród botaniczny. Część pokoi klimatyzowana (uwaga! nie wszystkie!) , z wygodnymi łóżkami, przyjemną pościelą i wałkami pod poduszką (dla mnie to duży plus, bo lubię spać wysoko i b.b.b.b. często mam z tym problem w hotelach). W łazience cudownie pachnące kosmetyki włoskie Aqua di Parma, suszarka do włosów, chusteczki. W szafie sejf. Na minus: brakuje zestawu do kawy i herbaty, co jest już niemal wszędzie standardem, brak lodówki; skromna lista kanałów TV. W moim pokoju prysznic się od razu zapychał, więc kąpiel po kostki w wodzie, czego nie lubię...

Location is perfect and it is very calm at night. Staff is very kindless and they provide you good advices to see the main buildings and attractions of the city

close to Old center of the city, medieval Cathedral,Botanical Garden you can see from your hotel window,excellent restaurant,post office service,and hairdresser salon along with exchange cantor all in the same place.Hotel also has small chapel.

Hotel lobby and exterior was beautiful! Rooms clean but very basic, our blinds and curtains were damaged also there are no kettle or hot drinks facilities in the rooms which was a huge disappointment after a cold day sightseeing. The location is also beautiful but has no bar or restaurant facilities outside of the hotel and it is a good 15-20 minutes brisk walk to the town square.

Quiet and great food
A lovely quiet hotel on the Cathedral Island. Breakfasts are varied and interesting with an extensive selection of hot and cold foods, made-to-order omelettes, in a lovely space with view on the garden. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant the evening we arrived. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. An easy walk for all sightseeing, with the cathedral and botanical gardens right next to it, but away from traffic for sleeping. A very good choice for a tourist visit.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the river walks and downtown. The hotel restaurant kitchen is opened only till 9pm which proved to be inconvenient.

Great location and good choice of breakfast. But rooms are a bit outdated and house keeping missed cleaning my room the 2nd day during my 5 night stay for which I had to complain and also no phone in the room to call reception.

Hotel's location is fabulous, just 10 minutes walk from the old City; the breakfast is absolutely great and evidently surpasses the formal star rating of the hotel; Front desk service is very good, but housekeeping rather erratic; The pillows are filled with terrible synthetic stuff and no alternative of feather pillows is provided, so whether bring your pillows with you or be prepared for pain in the neck

Convienient and clean hotel
The hotel was wonderful, can't fault anything about it. The foyer was amazing with the large chandelier in the middle. We had a twin room which was spacious with a beautiful bathroom. Very cosy, comfortable beds. We would definitely stay there again.

Average hotel.
I stayed here for a couple nights as I wanted to see a new city. Hotel was easy to find next to large cathedral, which ended up being a pain later on at night. Maybe I should have looked harder but there was a cross in the room, which as a non catholic was weird for me. Also the room had a weird smell in it as well. My biggest concern was there was a hole in the wall right above the shower head. As a guy, no big deal, but a woman might be a little concerned what the hole was being used for. For the price it was a good hotel, however I would look elsewhere if I decide to go back to Wroclaw.

Island of tranquility in Wroclaw
Hotel is fine, nice public areas, great breakfast room with excellent breakfast. The area is calm and beautiful, with many churches and ecclesiastical buildings (incl. cathedral) and marvellous botanical gardens. Easy access to the city centre by foot or short tram ride.
