As you enter the cottage you are welcomed by a sunroom that showcases fabulous views of Banks Channel. Snuggle up on the couch and spend hours reading in this beautiful sun-filled room, grab a pair of binoculars and watch the birds, boaters and sea life, or catch a dazzling sunset. A nearby living room offers additional space for families to reconnect and relax in the evenings while catching up on shows. The televisions offer cable and Roku services for your viewing pleasure.
To the right of the living room, you will find the first full bathroom and two guest bedrooms. The first guest room is furnished with two twin beds and is a generously sized room. Perfect for children or singles, this room makes wonderful accommodation for travelers of all ages. Across the hallway is a guest bedroom that is furnished with a plush king bed. The king guest room also features a Roku enabled television.
The kitchen is located on the other side of the living room and is well equipped for preparing meals. Stocked with everything you need to make your family favorite meals, the kitchen offers an attached bonus mud room that is shared with the lower unit and includes a full-size washer and dryer. A set of French doors past the dining nook guide you to the primary bedroom. Furnished with a queen bed, this suite includes a private bathroom.
Just across the street guests can enjoy the soft breezes and stunning views from the shared dock. Although the boat slips are not included with the rental, families will still enjoy relaxing in the shade, taking a dip in the cool waters, or heading up to the sun deck to soak up the rays. Children will enjoy playing in the gentle sound waters and their shared private beach for this duplex that emerges at low tide. Take a short stroll and you will be at public beach access #36. Positioned just a half-block away from the Atlantic Ocean on one side and overlooking Banks Channel on the other, guests will find everything they need within walking distance. Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
