「Have to check in next door at the pub. Parking permits for the street are available for 24hrs at £10. No hair dryer in the room. Did have fans in the room but they just made noise rather than blow air. TV remote didn't work so we were stuck on one channel with an info box on the screen. The shower has two temperatures, hot and scalding. On arriving back to the hotel at around 11.30 we realised there was some kind of kitchen on the ground floor. 「We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chestnut Tree. Lisa, the host was the main reason, she is a great communicator which is important when booking. She was so very helpful with local information and incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in the bathroom delightful. The area is beautiful but with only one night, we didn’t get the change to do much exploring. Next time. Thank you Lisa for a wonderful stay.」

「Superb value for money, fabulous location as only a couple of stops on the train (3 min walk to station) and we were Brighton. Parked for free on links road. We had the en suite, which was a massive room & comfy bed. Only thing was bathroom blind needs replacing (for privacy) and shower thermostat wasn’t easy to change (went too hot) apart from that - brilliant base for exploring area/Brighton. We loved our stay thanks!」

「For what you pay it’s extremely decent especially considering it is right on the seafront. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room itself was clean. The only downside is that even with the windows open there was no airflow but nothing can really be done for that. The shared bathroom was a little bit grubby but not bad.」

「イギリスの典型的なB&Bです。建物は多分古いのでしょうか、歩くと床がミシミシいいます。ただ、きちんと掃除されていますので問題ありません。全体的に女の子の部屋みたいな雰囲気ですし、スタッフも女性しか見ませんでした。トイレは共同で、シャワーブースが各部屋に付いています。セブンシスターズを見に行くためのバス停（NEW STEINE）がホテルを出てすぐにあります。事前に何時に到着するかメールで聞かれました。あまり遅いとレイトチェックインフィーが掛かるようでしたが、21時頃に到着する旨をメールで回答し、21時ちょっと前に到着したので、特に追加料金は掛かりませんでした。スタッフは気さくで、セブンシスターズに行く方法を教えてくれたり、写真を見せて少しおしゃべりをしたりと、なかなか良かったです。」
