"Typical East German hotel. Updated slightly. Good for one night, no problems. Free parking. If walking, far from downtown as there is no restaurant for evening dining. Only for breakfast, which I did not have. Front desk very helpful and also let me use iron to press my suit!"

"The property sends the checkin info via a link to Expedia message box. However Expedia app doesn’t allow links apparently so you can not follow the link to the checkin site. Fortunately I have my laptop so could login to the Expedia website and follow the link. If I didn’t have the laptop it would have been very hard to do the checkin. "I appreciated the quick service. The dinner menu was well balanced and delicious. I ordered the salmon- so well done, maybe a little less spinach ? The breakfast bar was sufficient and organized well. Again, the service was really fantastic! thanks! "

"The room was the perfect size and the facilities are all well maintained. The room had A/C but it was not as necessary to have since the windows could open (Lüften) at night. The city got quiet around 11:00PM or 23:00. Overall, very pleased and would highly recommend it!"

"A lovely historic building on the edge of the old town, in very easy walking distance of museum, cafes and restaurants. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the staff were kind and welcoming. A most enjoyable stay"
