"Safety Boxが部屋にないのは面倒。清掃スタッフの声がうるさい。朝5時にチェックアウトする際、少なくても10分間はフロントデスクに誰も居なかった。offceを何度かノックし声をかけたが不在。朝はスタッフがいないのか分からないが、そうあればチェクイン時に知らせて欲しいです。料金前払いなので鍵をフロントデスクに置いてホテルを出た。"
