"Well presented room and very clean. I stopped here for one night as I was travelling up to Brisbane. I did run late to check in due driving up from Sydney but I contacted Sam and was very accommodating and arranged alternative way to check in. Definitely would stay here again and the allowances to accept small pet as well was good. Feedback to Expedia there is a surcharge for taken dog to the room that Expedia didn't advise on there site when completing booking. "

"Our stay at the Ulmarra Hotel was pleasant. It is a historic building so you can expect a bit of quirkiness but a very enjoyable stay. Comfy beds. Quiet with stunning surroundings. Shops and a lovely park close by. Thank you. Ohh and the food was delicious."

"A perfect, relaxing getaway. We stayed for 3 weeks and loved every minute. The house was cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook and settle in. The location was good, sitting on top of the dune at the picnic table overlooking the beach was a highlight. The view was beautiful and very peaceful. There were plenty of books, DVDs CDs and games, perfect for a rainy day or a good family night. Thank you for such a lovely stay we had a wonderful, relaxing time and we'll definitely be back. Wooli is my happy place "

"Very cosy unit. Perfect for a family of five. Great amenities, well equipped with everything you need. Great view of the bay and ease of access to bowling club with beautiful chinese food. Boat ramp close by."
