Charged for two days when we only stayed one day There was a tornado which caused us a delay in getting there the first day yet we were charged for two days. We love Hotels.com, but this stay was a nightmare. Where can re clam the day that was not provided by Hotel Blu formerly Motel 6?"

The room was very clean, in very good shape with a comfortable bed. Shower was hot with a strong spray head, no shampoo, but I had my own. I would stay, again."

"Terrible. The photo for the room we booked clearly showed a tiled bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. It was 20 dollars more then the other rooms. We booked specifically for the tub and it was slightly closer to our destination then the other hotel with a Jacuzzi tub. Wee get the to the room, and it wasn't a Jacuzzi tub. Both the pool and hot tub were under construction, despite being advertised. The dude at the front desk was completely unhelpful , legitimely didn't know English and had to go a women to translate and saids they don't even have Jacuzzi tubs on the hotel. We wouldn't have went to the other hotel otherwise . And certainly wouldn't have paid 20 extra dollars had we known"
