"Room was clean and very nice compared to the property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parked with ease. Only complaint is that there was no bottled water in the room and the vending machine was sold out of water and anything without carbonation. Other than that the stay was great."

"3rd stay at the Bunkie!Was absolutely amazing. Erin is always super accommodating as a hoast, answering all our questions. The bunkie is always stocked up with lots of fire wood and the heater was more then enough to keep warm during the cold march nights!Looking very forward to my next stay!"

"Description of property could use some tweaking. We did not expect to have to heat cabin with a tiny (size of a double toaster) and a heat lamp. It was difficult to keep cabin warm so would recommend better heating system. Cabin was clean but the outside was messy with items strewn around the property. Porta potty was very clean and hot shower was nice. "

"The house is all new construction throughout with perfect furnishings, decor, and accoutrements. The beds are very comfy with comfortable sheets and blankets. A fireplace and piano fill out the ain floor livingroom with windows everywhere open to acres of land. The bathrooms are all wonderful with lots of hot water and big fluffy towels. Feels like a resort when you step out of the shower. The kitchen was full of utilities, including pots, pans , cookware , and utensils. We made alot of meals in the massive kitchen which is full of all new appliances. We enjoyed the massive farmhouse dining table for several meals.The large property offers lots of opportunities for hiking of all challenge levels. Saw all kinds of wildlife, including deer, turkey, rabbits, and birds. The creek offers a fun destination for hiking. Beautiful place and will be back!"

"We had to contact Vrbo directly to receive any feedback on how to access the property. Turns out we never needed the code to get in since the automatic lock does not work and the front door was unlocked throughout our entire stay. The garage was also able to be opened from outside by hand and the deadbolt to the garage was sheared from the door. The back door would have also been accessible had it not been fastened shut with screws and wood (one might consider that a fire hazard..) Security issues aside, the house was 14 degrees and filthy upon arrival with hair and dirt covering the floor, open food on the counter and dirty brooms, mops, toilet brushes in multiple rooms. Dirty laundry was also in the machines, which had to be cleaned to make space to clean the two crumpled dish towels on the counter and crumpled bathroom towels in the closets. Despite the seemingly used towels, the countertops were still sticky. One can only assume the dishwasher would have had dirty dishes in it if there had been a dishwasher there as advertised. Instead there was a hole in the kitchen where a dishwasher used to be. Not that it would have mattered anyway since we had to buy our own cutlery to have enough to go around. The tv that was advertised was also nowhere to be seen. One would also assume a shower curtain is part of a shower, but one shower had no curtain since the shower rod was tucked behind the toilet."

"This is a beautiful property. Peaceful, quiet, comfortable, and well laid-out. Good beds, functional kitchen. A really nice rural retreat."
