「The staff was very helpful. The hotel and room was clean. They had a very nice selection of Hartley & Son's Tea which was a nice break from the same ol' Bigelow. I don't eat breakfast, so can't comment. Even though the room was clean and nice - if you get a room in the front of the hotel by the parking lot - you can hear all the cars driving by. So make sure to have a noise app on your phone. Other than that - great stay and would recommend.」

「There was not a second lock on the door, I felt very unsafe so I barricaded the door from the inside.」

「喫煙の上司との出張で、訪問先からの紹介もありこちらで宿泊。ドーバー自体大きな町ではないのですが、ホテル自体は清潔に保たれており、雰囲気は良かったです。たまたま夕方5時頃からおよそ1時間30分ほど停電しましたが、係りの方が折り曲げて発光させる10cm程のセーフティーライトを階段や廊下に並べ、配っていました。自分は丁度仮眠中だったため、連絡が取れず心配した上司が、スタッフと共に部屋をノックして起こされましたが、停電には慣れているようで、対応も良かったとのこと。夕食は15分ほどかけてNewick'sまで行きでっかいロブスター2匹をそれだけで良いの？って値段で食べてきました。」

「The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location was perfect for visiting UNH.」

「I’ve stayed here a couple times it was late when I got in. It was difficult to even get a cup of tea and the person at the desk acted like she was annoyed. The place is clean. The beds are comfortable. I keep coming back for that one reason otherwise I wouldn’t stay there. Staff should get an attitude adjustment. . Staff should get a attitude adjustment. 」

「会社のオフィスからは少し離れた場所にあるが、シャトルサービスがあるので、便利で快適に過ごせました。タウンでの食事に行くのに利用した。」

「I was pleasantly surprised with the room having an almost full kitchen with all of the cookware, silverware, and plates needed. One cooktop, full fridge and microwave. Very clean. Continental breakfast was descent. Gym was well equipped. Aside of not having a pool on the property, it was fantastic」

「Nice clean room. Excellent location for our needs. Nice tavern on site. The only downside was that the room was just above the kitchen exhaust, and the smell in the room wasn't the greatest. I don't know if other rooms had this same issue.」

「私達が宿泊した際のフロント担当Jeremyは口数こそ多く無いものの、ランドリーの使い方が解らなかった際、面倒臭がる事もなく丁寧に教えてくれたり 玄関で荷物を運び入れる際、キャスターがカーペットに引っ掛かって手こずっていたら、さっと手を貸してくれたり さりげない気遣いが大変心地良かった。 車移動を前提にすると、ダウンタウンまで10分位とアクセスが良いのに値段は手頃 朝食はメニューが少な目ではあるものの一通り揃っていて特にヨーグルトは何故か種類が多かった。 セルフで焼くワッフルは無かったものの 一口サイズのボトルウォーターが使い易く便利だった。 ホテルの外観はごく普通だったが、リノベーションされたのか、部屋は大変綺麗でバスタブも有り ゆったりとした作りでとても快適だったので 予定に無かったものの、後日もう1泊する事にしたほど。 次回、ポーツマスに行く際にも是非ともここに宿泊したい 」

「We had a wonderful visit everyone was so nice they had 3 parking options the room was beautiful and so clean ! Super comfortable bed also! Breakfast was also super nice got to try new things! So close to everything downtown we walked everywhere 」
