Surrounded by the spacious garden, which borders directly on the dike at the rear, you will find yourself in an oasis of peace and freedom. This house is extremely suitable for every type of holidaymaker; peace seekers, nature lovers, but also families with small children. The small but nice accommodation is fully equipped. Through the entrance you enter the spacious kitchen with hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, freezer, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machine. Directly next to the kitchen is the cozy dining area with a round table and seating for 4 people, from the dining table you have a direct view of the beautiful backyard. Adjacent to the large windows, with a view of the garden, is the sitting area with a double sofa and separate armchair and flat screen television. The house is functionally furnished with a warm and homely feeling, nice detail; the paintings are personally painted by the owner. You walk directly outside through the sliding doors between the kitchen and the dining area and step onto the west-facing terrace (13m2) with immediately adjacent a covered terrace of (28m2) with a large dining table and the possibility to barbecue. If you like the outdoors, this holiday home is a hit. Next to the roof you will find the storage room where the washing machine is located. In the south-facing garden (600m2) you can relax on the sunbeds, with plenty of sun and shade, there is something for everyone. The bathroom is located right next to the kitchen and has underfloor heating, a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and sink with storage space and mirror. Through the living room you reach the two bedrooms, one with a single bed (90x200cm) and one with a double bed (160x200cm), both rooms are also equipped with bedside tables, wardrobe. For small children there is a camp bed and a high chair in the house. You can use WiFi in the house for free. If you have a pet, you can take it with you on a trip, one pet is allowed in the accommodation. There is one parking space directly at the house, for any extra cars there is a large parking lot within walking distance.
