スタッフの方々はフレンドリーで親切です。部屋は暖かく充分な広さです。朝食は適度な種類と量で満足です。

ミュンヘン中央駅から直線で300メートルくらいの駅近です。道のりも直線でした。 部屋にエアコンが無いのが残念でした。扇風機に水タンクが付いている、ドイツ風冷風扇が稼働していました。朝食は、16ユーロと円安のため高額でしたが、内容は良かったです。

安いお部屋にしたのに、広くて快適だった。 バルコニー付きでさらにゆったり過ごせた。 シャワー室は狭く、大柄の人だときついかもしれない。 ３泊したが、２泊目の部屋の掃除がなされていなかった。 立地は中央駅から近く、マリエン広場までもどうにか歩ける範囲で便利だと思う。

I was able to spend 4 nights and 5 days comfortably without any major inconveniences. The room looked exactly like the photos—actually, it was even cleaner and more beautiful than expected. On the first day, the shower drain was clogged, causing the entire bathroom floor, including the toilet area, to flood, which made me worried about the rest of my stay. However, when I returned to the hotel on the second day, the drainage issue had been fixed, which gave me a great sense of relief and trust in the hotel. I truly appreciate the staff’s prompt and attentive response. As for the downsides, it took about an hour to get to the city center, such as Marienplatz. Also, although I didn’t ask, there was no cleaning service during my stay. It would be nice if essentials like bath towels, toilet paper, and tissues were provided on the doorknob even if cleaning was not performed. There is a Lidl and a liquor store about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to enjoy food and drinks after returning. Despite a packed travel schedule, I was able to relax comfortably thanks to this hotel. Thank you very much!
