Bird dropping on steps and door entry way. The pull out bed was broken. Telephone call placed on hold for more than twenty minutes by front desk staff. After twenty minutes the call would disconnect or staff will ask to call back "we are helping customers."

The view was gorgeous at night with all the lights. We loved it! ~ Always Grateful. ~

Yes there was everything we needed right there to cook with, we didn’t make it to the pool but next time!!
