"The room was tiny, but that was no problem as we were boarding an early morning flight. 20% off in some restaurants was a nice touch. Room clean and comfortable. Wet shower and toilet took some getting used to. A good stay, will use again. "

"Great airport option easily and cheaply accessed by local bus 423 from T5 or U3 from T2 & T3. Spacious room with fridge, kettle, chairs, soundproofing, very nice toiletries. Climbing in and out of the bath is not suitable for everyone, nor is having to remake the beds as the duvets were tucked in too tightly and the sheets were too small for the mattresses. Strange for an international airport hotel only to have UK Freeview TV channels...and I was disappointed that the bedside clock radio did not pick up any stations at all. Very tasty breakfast selection in nice surroundings. "

"Needed a place to stay for one night before.our flight out Heathrow. Loved that Bus was easily accessible to.and from the airport. One on site restaurant opened til 10 I believe. Nice ig clean rooms."

"On arrival the staff were nice and I was very excited about the stay but unfortunately the experience became upsetting the following morning. A few hours before checkout, a man attempted to enter the room without warning (I was not currently dressed). Thankfully, I had engaged the chain lock on the door, otherwise he would have entered the room. I understand mistakes can happen, but after sharing this experience using their feedback forms, I had simply received and email stating they have recieved the feedback. So I am currently unsure if an explanation or apology for the situation is going to be given but as of yet I have recieved nothing which is not the most reassuring. This is dissapointing as this would have become a go to hotel for me when staying in London due to the convenience of the location."
