8.4/10 Very Good! (1,007 reviews)
I wish I never had to leave this amazing hotel and city! The entire staff at this hotel was so kind and lovely; helping me before I even got there with booking day trips and car service from the airport. They helped with my lost luggage and countless other questions I had. The breakfast was yummy and the staff there was so efficient, making sure everything was fresh and delicious.
The location is ideal--so easy to get around and so close to Old Town Square and Cloth Market.
Thank you to everyone there for making my stay perfect!

9.8/10 Exceptional! (1,156 reviews)
Loved our stay at this hotel! We were given a surprise free upgrade to a suite, which was extremely comfortable and spacious. Friendly staff, everything is spotlessly clean and great touches like the filtered water machine on each floor. It’s in a great location between the old town and Kazimierz, easily walkable to both, and on direct train line from the airport. Would definitely recommend.
