"I always enjoy this place. I came just to do some hiking through the creek and enjoy the water. It is just a pleasant atmosphere there, and one of my favorite parts is that the Tubs are deep! after playing around in cold water for hours, nothing beats sitting in a hot deep bath. I mean, in reality lots of things actually do beat that, but it is still very nice. The food is good as well. I do enjoy staying there. I had a kid free weekend, and although I like bringing them, it was a nice treat for myself before driving to float the black river Sunday."

"This place is a real Jewel! Everything about it is top notch. But what really stands out is its “soul”. By that I mean the kindness and attentiveness of the host, Peggy. "The host Susan is a delight! We stayed a couple days in this little slice of Heaven and have nothing but compliments for it! The bed was so comfy and being able to get right down to the water is great. We caught a lot of fish and Susan even rode with us to drop us off at a public access point and drove our truck back to the cabin so all we had to do was float “home”! This picturesque little cabin is just what I mean when I say I want a cabin on a river someday. Enjoy the privacy, wildlife, and serenity at this fantastic stay!"

"Very nice place. Covered porch and bonfire area were a plus. Would be nice to have some outdoor games as the lot is large and flat. Overall a great stay and the host was pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend this place."
