"The check in process & instructions are very easy & clear. The hotel sent you access code ahead of time not like others wait until the last minute. Hotel location is very close to train station and close to shops and restaurants. Hotel even provide 2 bottles of water and coffee/tea downstairs for you free to drink. "Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately not pleasant overall. The room did not feel properly cleaned when we arrived. We even found a clothing item that appeared to belong to a previous guest, which made us question the cleanliness standards. The carpet also looked dirty and poorly maintained. Another thing that we found very disappointing was the parking situation. The hotel has its own parking area, yet guests are still charged separately for overnight parking. We have stayed in many hotels before and this is honestly the first time we experienced something like this. If a hotel offers parking for guests, we believe it should at least be included or made much clearer in advance. In addition, one staff member at the front desk was quite rude to us while we were having dinner. We were told that we could not eat in that area, which was completely fine since we did not know the rules, but the way we were spoken to felt unnecessarily unfriendly and disrespectful. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again."
