Great location and property!

All went well, everything is accurate as posted. Location is closed to everything we like in Winter Haven: Legoland, Grove Roots Brewing, Manny’s Chophouse, Cypress Lanes, etc! Will stay again there if possible

The house was very clean, roomy, and the beds are comfortable. It was perfect for our weekend away. The water pressure could be better.

Needs improvement

We had to buy Lysol it had a musty smell. Also garbage cans were overloaded we sat them out to the street. But couldn’t take out kitchen garbage no room. Had to get batteries for the remotes. All of them. I did a load of towels Power was off not their fault. A storm. A roach was in dining room table. Needs TLC

My family was scheduled to stay here and unfortunately my wife and kids were in a serious car accident, rendering us unable to complete the trip. Obviously the timing to cancel was not ideal (it happened a couple days before the planned trip), but obviously that wasn't planned on our end either. Reached out and the property manager, offering to provide documentation of the incident and everything. Manager said he'd reach out to the owner to see if any possible refund could be considered. Owner never responded and soon after the manager ghosted me as well. I just feel like that's really inconsiderate given the circumstances. I asked if we could even just get the cleaning fee refunded since obviously there was nothing to clean since we didn't stay there. No response, so that was just really unappreciated.
