Close to the restaurants and stores. Hotel is very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are attractive.

Not enough parking. Was going to pool Sunday morning and it was closed for cleaning. Guest found a dead mouse/ rat in pool. Reason I booked hotel was for indoor pool and we didn’t get to use it. Hotel is overpriced for what you get. Should t be more than 120 a night. Not a typical spring hill hotel like I’ve visited before

We got checked in and the lady at the front desk was so nice! Got to our room and my son took a shower to find out the shower doesn’t drain! It was clogged. He had 5 inches of standing water. I called to get someone to repair it or get a new room. They only had king rooms available and I specifically reserved this double bed room because my 17 year old son wouldn’t want to share a bed. She suggested the pull out couch, but we all know how terribly uncomfortable those are! We are in town for a sporting event and he needs to be able to rest well. The maintenance man had left for the day (around 4) and there was no way for them to get into the maintenance room. The only other solution is to not use the shower till he comes back to work the next day around 9am. Disappointed that I paid this much for a hotel room to have the shower not drain. 3 hours later the water drained but now the shower floor is disgusting with who knows hair all over the bottom.

Details Need Attention- Good Value Overall
Front desk was nice and helpful. Breakfast bar staff were excellent. Beds and pillows were clean and very comfortable. The bathtub/shower could have used more maintenance. Signs of mildew and outer curtain bottom was dark like it hadn’t been changed out for quite some time . The vanity mirror had splatter on it upon check-in and was still there on the second day’s maid service. The room couldn’t keep a consistent temperature. It was sometimes too cold and sometimes too warm in the which disrupted sleep. The thermostat didn’t seem to match how it felt. It was reading 74F, both when it was too cold and too hot despite being on the heat setting. Overall a good value especially since I was able to use my rewards dollars.

Overwhelming smell
The air freshener in the lobby was over powering to the point it burned your throat. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

The lobby was clean, rooms seem dated and in need of a remodel. Old tubs, old tile in the bathrooms. Couch was disgusting and there were stains on the carpets. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Great place to stay!
Great place to stay for our daughter's gymnastics event the next day. We had a suite with the mini couch area. Everything was great! Very comfortable beds. Nice front staff. We used the pool, which was a bit cold for the kids, though they had fun. The food for breakfast is the biggest reason I knocked a star off.

Great stay
Wonderful stay! Upon checking in it was just my young daughter and myself and we had a lot of items. The front desk placed us at an extremely easy to access room. The breakfast was the most pleasant surprise though. I’m a little uneasy getting breakfast places that are buffet style but this was the cleanest and most attentive I have ever been to.

Hotels com dishonest bait and switch
Reserved through hotels.com. Advertised as pet friendly. NO where in reservation was a mention of pet fee. At Springhill suites charged $75 for 15 pound dog that did not make a mess or noise. Shame in hotels com for not conveying all information. Spring hill suites not guiltless for allowing this practice

Gosh we really enjoyed our stay ! The hotel was very clean the staff were very kind and willing to chat with the guest making us all feel welcome !!! Our room was spacious, clean, and beautiful !!! We had friends drop by and they too liked the room ! I’ll say for the price this was an amazing hotel to stay!

Property was ok. A bit dated. The only concern I had is oil booked on Expedia and there was not a mention or selection for pet or pet fees. It was a $65 fee I wasn’t prepared for when I got to the hotel.

Front Desk Personnel
The front desk staff were unprofessional and had terrible attitudes (two separate women and shifts). I didn’t have any specific problems to address but every interaction with them was like I was imposing on their personal lives. One was annoyed with being asked a question while she was texting on her phone. The other one wouldn’t even acknowledge any guests while she sat there talking to her family visitor and they talked about their family drama. The room was clean and comfortable with a great layout. The lights were broken in the sitting area so it was very dark.
