Great location that is convenient to shopping, medical facilities, restaurants, & perfect for longer term short stays for folks relocating into the city or travel nurses!

The space:
The home has been updated & is maintained regularly.

Each room has an Amazon Fire TV. I provide access to Netflix, Pluto TV, YouTube, & other free apps available for entertainment.

Feel free to use Netflix & other streaming services, they’re downloaded & ready for login, but please make sure to log out before your trip ends. Not responsible for use on accounts left logged in.

Guest access:
You will have full access to the home except a closet in one of the bedrooms which will be locked. The basement will also be unavailable and locked

With first hand experience with staying in AirBnB’s, I enjoy the ability for a speedy self check-in & check-out & hope you will as well!

The Smart Lock will provide a hassle-free way to get in & out at your leisure.

Gain access through the main entrance with a personalized guest code (provided after booking).

Other things to note:

Booking the home will require additional guest information be provided and rental agreement form be signed.

Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, Clemmons, & many other cities are all within a 30 minute drive from Winston. A Great spot if you're traveling in between locations.

There are monitored/recording security cameras in the front of the home (please do not disturb the equipment). There will be a $250 charge for any smoking that goes on INSIDE of the property. Feel free to smoke outside and dispose of trash accordingly.

Please reach out with any questions you may have prior to booking. Available in the home are Fire TV’s, Keurig/Coffe Pot, Waffle Maker, 2 Monitored Security Camera (Home alarm system Blue by ADT), & more.

I am dedicated to providing a smooth experience, but I do ask that you be cautious during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Remember you are booking at your own risk by traveling. I provide disposable masks, hand soap, & hand sanitizer, please be sure to use during your stay ☺️

After checking in to a different rental that was nothing like it advertised I was desperate to find a last minute place where my daughter and I would feel comfortable. This was that place!! I was so thankful to check in a little early and find everything clean and inviting! Great stay and I would definitely stay there again

Back to school

Great stay that helped out family during our home remodel

Our family had a great stay during the last 5 weeks of our home remodel. The property manager was able to accommodate our requests and needs. When an issue came up, it was handled promptly and resolved! Many thanks for making the time away from our own home a great part of remodel experience and journey.

Great and beautiful place.

We were at this place for 8 nights. The property is very clean, comfortable and equiped with everything we needed. Nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. The host, Ivan Gonzalez was very kind and helpful.

Wedding Weekend

We rented this property for my friend's wedding weekend. Ivan was a great host and made sure everything went smoothly. The home was clean and had enough room for us all. It was a quiet neighborhood and in a convenient location to shops and restaurants. I definitely recommend renting here.

Great property owner

Our plans had to change suddenly from just me and my wife coming to our kids joining us very last minute due to childcare. The owner was super responsive and flexible and made accommodations for us. Super experience and really enjoyed our stay.

Graduation Trip

Ivan was prompt and courteous and easy to reach, the porch light was on when we arrived late at night and all the necessary details were worked out well in advance. We had absolutely no issues that required contact (thankfully! That is rare for us as our luck with VRBO rentals is not good 😊) but I have full confidence that any issue would have been handled quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic!

We moved to NC and needed a short term rental for 2 months until our house was ready. This property was centrally located and the perfect house for our family. We had everything we needed and felt completely safe. Having the opportunity to stay here made our transition to the area much simpler.
