Newly renovated, The Exchange offers comfort and modern amenities surrounded by old world charm. Located in the historic district of this spectacular river town, you can experience and explore the culture and natural playground that is Winona.

The Exchange was built in 1900 as the commodities exchange for ship and rail transport coming along the Mississippi River. Keep an eye out throughout the building for subtle mentions to the past and the stories this unique building holds.

This studio bedroom comfortably sleeps 2 people on a king size bed. Spacious open area offers original flooring, high ceilings, large windows with lots of natural light, and tons of character. Our modern kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Convenient in unit washer and dryer are provided. Bring your pet along for your adventures in Winona. Wifi included. In walking distance to local attractions, coffee shops, restaurants, brewery, bars, movie theater, parks and walking/biking trails, Mississippi River, Winona State University and more!

Historic building, lovely renovated spaces
Enjoyed our weekend at the renovated Exchange Building. Very cool to see how the owners have maintained the wonderful character and created clean, inviting spaces. Was just me and my partner and our unit was set up well for two people. Coffee shops and restaurants very close by. Very clean and well kept space. I would describe the vibe overall as minimalist with furnishings and in-unit amenities, but it worked for the two of us just fine.

Great location to explore Winona
We spent a long weekend at this property and very much enjoyed our stay. The property was immaculate and comfortable. It is within easy walking distance to a grocery store and to coffee shops. The building itself is beautiful and felt saturated with history. We also very much appreciated the easy communication with our host. Loved our stay!
