The facility was quite old by the look of the bathtub. It was clean though. The room itself looked pretty good. The bathroom must have been refinished by someone new to renovations. I had never seen such rough painting - messy and right over the door hinges. They forgot baseboards. The worst thing was the mattresses. They were so old and full of pilling, they should have gone to the dump. The area was also quite rough. Would not recommend especially for a single person.

I do mot recommend this property at ALL. Our room was dirty, things broken, had a very unruling smell that burned our noses to the point we had to get spray to cover it up. Beds were not comfy and in a sense had prison feels.

Pills on floor, crumbs everywhere, Bleach cleaner on floor, smelt like urine in hallways and room, switched rooms no fitted sheets in beds and large blood stains on sheets and bed. Holes in walls probably from mice. Absolutely disgusting and not kid friendly. We stayed for 30 minutes and left

What a terrible company, avoid them like the plague. I paid for a room in advance. Ended up trying to check in past midnight as that is when my flight landed. I am told by the front desk that I have already been tagged as a no-show, so he is refusing to give me the room that I paid for. So I am forced to drive several hours home past midnight. Days later I am now trying to get my money back from them and they are saying that I never showed up at the hotel, which is a lie, and are now refusing to give me a refund. So they took my money, refused to give me a room when I showed up and are lying and refusing to give me my money back.

The room is moderately neat. However, the TV was not working; talked to the concierge about it, he was gave a lame excuse and did nothing to resolve it. Most of the sockets in the room were not functional. The surrounding hotel area is full of suspicious people hanging around.

The neighbourhood is not good. In our booking it was mentioned 2 beds but we got a room with one bed and they told us that the information in Expedia is wrong. They were going to get 150 dollars as deposit while they mentioned 100 dollars in our booking, so we refused and they accepted 100 dollars. The bath tub was really old. The bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfy. No breakfast was available.
