Amazing Cozy Cove

This is a newly furnished basement in a brand new house. It is very private and detached from the main house by a separate entrance with its own kitchenette, dinette, living area, and full bath with private laundry (washer and dryer). The basement is soundproof, well lit, cool in summer and warm in winter due to newer technology. Free parking available. The living area includes a Smart TV, soundbar with paid Netflix, and Wi-Fi. Private treadmill available for use upon request. The kitchen has a big fridge, coffee maker, and toaster with cooking utensils. Also, enjoy free coffee with snacks. The cozy couch can sleep an extra guest. Free parking available. Check-in with a keycode and enjoy a palatial stay. COVID prevention policy regarding thorough cleaning and sanitizing with steam laundry after each guest.

I came for daughters funeral, westher conditions one could not make so told no defunds or adjustments. Bedroom not as listed skinning mattress two skinny pillows in one case. The big issue heat in the minus 20s and basement is very cold I am going to post to all who listen the poor drab conditions supplied by Expedia

Nice, clean property

We stayed at this location, as it was a convenient location for what we were involved with in Winnipeg. The two-bedroom suite was clean and functional and served our purposes. Much appreciated!

Lovely basement suite

This was my second stay at the Cozy Cave and just as wonderful as the first time. Very comfortable cozy basement suite. I will always keep this place in mind when visiting Winnipeg.

Awesome Cozy Cave

Stayed 3 nights in the Cozy Cave and most definitely if the opportunity arises to visit Winnipeg again I will book this quiet, cozy basement suite. This suite is clean and cozy with comfy beds, spacious rooms and all the necessary amenities. Communication with owners was easy and check in quick through the private entrance.

A quiet family who lives in the house Who is respectful of their guests and expects the same as well. Beds comfy and I have back issues ! Willing to do what they need to make you comfortable. I had asked if they could put The heat up just for the day as I had to stay there for two of the 5 days unexpectedly with my grandson. It was cold in Winnipeg !
