"Great location, close to grocery store, restaurants, bus stops. It had all the ammenities we needed like bodywash, shampoos, pots, pans, dishes, etc. The house was remodelled but not fully. It has potential. It was worth the price. The host was very responsive. The dryer did not work. He came right away but was not able to fix the problem while we were there. But it was the end of our stay so it was not a big deal."

"It was nice to be within reasonable walking distance to Restaurants. Very quiet safe neighborhood. Bed was comfortable and the house was extremely clean! Bathrooms are small with small vanities and limited horizontal space. Parking in the carport was a bit tight but that is how houses were made in the 50s. Owner communicated well and was very responsive to questions. Overall we had a good experience…"

"We didn’t stay. We when arrived, instead of a room in the guest house, we were expected to stay in a tentlike structure. In addition, the bathroom facilities were outdoor showers and commodes that required a climb up a set of stairs. Luckily we were able to secure a room at another facility. The owner supposedly requested a refund for me but I haven’t heard whether this has been approved."

"The home was very nice. We could not get the apple TV to work, but that may have been operator error. We were able to watch TV on my laptop. The manager was very responsive to any and all emails. The was a lovely quiet home."

"Will never use VRBO to book a stay again! We had a two night stay scheduled at this property that was a terrible experience. We booked this stay three months in advance. The host claims they cancelled last minute due to a gas smell in the apartment. This was a complete lie. Because what truly happened was he double booked our stay with another family and we didn’t find out until we tried to check in and someone else was already staying there! I contacted the host and he claimed we couldn’t stay...
