"The hotel was fine but we had no towels in the room initially and then no soap or shampoo in the shower. The pillows were very small. However, the room was clean as well as the breakfast room."

"One of our most favorite parts about staying at hotels is getting to enjoy free continental breakfasts and free coffee all day long. So, of course, we excitedly woke up the kids and rushed downstairs to go and enjoy the morning with a delicious breakfast. To our dismay, we discovered that breakfast is $19.99 a person. Or if you charge it to the room $15.99 a person.. And you can't just go and get lemon water or coffee thru out the day, which is wild to me... The next issue is that i spent almost $500 on a "suite," and the kitchenette was completely empty. No plates, no dish soap, no nothing. I've never stayed in a suite that didn't provide those basic amenities.... What is the point of having a kitchenette if you have to bring your own stuff. As a person who only rents suites, this is the most mediocre and overpriced experience coming from a hotel that presents itself as being so nice and fancy.... I have stayed at so many places and spent so much less money on a way better experience/environment. You know i hate that im complaining so much, but it really was disappointing. There were so many drunk people down in the lobby partying that me and my special needs daughter and I felt so nervous about going anywhere in the building. Last night, they were screaming and banging things around in the room below us. Thankfully, we always bring fans, which helped muffle all the noise.... The saving grace was the pool. I'm so glad the kids at least got to enjoy that. "

"The place was wonderful. The location and view were amazing. The host had all the details for entry and leaving all sent before we headed to and from the condo. Everything went so smoothly it made for the perfect weekend getaway! Clean and comfy beds!! Lived our stay here! Will come back again.."

"The water went out around 4pm on Saturday and I couldn't get ahold of the host. I sent 3 messages before I heard back at 9am. We had to melt snow all evening to have water for the toilet. We were unable to shower because the shower wasn't working and needed to check-out before it was fixed. The place was also littered with mouse droppings. It made it more difficult because things needed to be washed before used because of it, but there was no water. Thankfully we brought a case of water and we used it. The host didn't seem very sympathetic with the situation. The place had so much potential, but a let down being that we were there to celebrate a birthday and our first Valentine's Day together, "

"Room was clean. Breakfast so so, ate a boiled egg and was vomiting it up about a hour later..not sure what caused me to get sick . The night receptionist was friendly and polite when we checked in. "
