When I arrived the lift was broken, it was fixed the next day and then it broke again and wouldn't be fixed until after I left. I don't think this is acceptable for a 6 floor hotel when you have a case to carry up and down the stairs. The time to fix it was blamed on "Lazy Germans" by the receptionist. "The room we stayed in was one of the most basic ones. Had everything we needed, but we also had some ants living with us, and the shower was leaking into the bathroom floor every time we used it. Apart from that, the bed was super comfortable and the stay was overall enjoyable."

"We stayed in several hotels during our trip to the Netherlands and Germany and the Boutique Hotel Annamaes was our favorite for many reasons. It was the only comfortable bed I slept in during the week and the rooms were gorgeous--simply and elegantly decorated.
