「The condo was clean. The entrance is on the side, which we found after trying the front door. Be aware that the floor is not even, and slopes a bit. Also there is no bathroom on the second floor where the bedrooms are located, but that was not a problem for us.」

「The finding the lock box and not knowing my parking #8 space was mine would have helped and it was definitely difficult getting the lockbox open once I found it after trying all the ones on the deck but only one phone call did the trick」

「Property manager was very kind but a little hard to get a hold of. Owner of the property was amazing and in contact immediately. The house is quaint, cute and perfect for a beautiful stay on the coast. We enjoyed the location more than anything. The owners left a binder with a lot of very helpful information for restaurants, stores, etc. If you want to stay in the area, you can walk almost anywhere. All in all we loved our stay and would return.」

「We liked the place, though it is a littte worn. Those 2 standing lamps would have been nice to have, the ceiling lamp was so bright we could not use it.」

「Check in was a breeze! The directions were easy to follow and the unit was easy to find. Extremely clean, and everything I needed for my stay was provided! The beds were so comfortable and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Easy access to the beach!I’ve stayed in comparable places for much more affordable rates. At over 700 a night with fees, I would expect something much nicer. The tub and bathroom sink are very old. Not all of the windows have coverings so I was flashing neighbors...

「Place was perfect location to downtown but still quiet. Unit was clean and exactly as described.」

「This was a nice place to spend a weekend near the beach. The house was comfortable and communication with the owner helped make everything easy. We enjoyed our stay!」

「Beautiful property in a wonderful location! We will stay here again when we come back to this area.」

「Cute place near a nice town. Host was responsive and accommodating!」

「We love our stay at this condo! It's a great size for our annual sister trip with a beautiful balcony looking at the ocean. We love being on the balcony looking of the bar and live music every afternoon and evening! The host responds quickly and was helpful finding other places to park! Thanks for a great stay!」

「We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy. Better sleeping on the couch than the couch bed as the couch bed is terrible at best (there’s plenty of room on the couch). Kitchen is very sparse. Pick up all essentials in town (coffee, plastic wrap/foil, paper towels, paper cups,...
