"Die Umgebung hat den Beton-Charme der 70er Jahre und das Treppenhaus hat sehr viele Spinnweben, aber das liegt nicht in der Verantwortung der Vermieter. Nach dem Weg durch das Treppenhaus waren wir positiv überrascht. Das Appartement ist sauber, hell und ansprechend. "The garden is very spacious and beautiful. The highlight of the property is the fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. The living room is good sized for 2 families and kids. The common areas and bathrooms are clean, with all the facilities in place (washing Maschine, vacuum cleaner, white goods etc) The furniture in some of the bedrooms could use a bit of fixing up. Overall a good experience at reasonable pricing."

"Wir waren vom 23.-30.4.2023 in dieser schönen, neu eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Wurden sehr liebenswürdig von der Hausherrin begrüßt, fanden in der gemütlichen sehr sauberen Wohnung alles vor: Begrüßungsgetränke und Süßes, für den Hund einen Kauknochen. Gute Betten, gute Heizung usw. So auch Eier von eigenen Hühnern. Es war komplett für einen Ferienaufenthalt. Die Gegend lädt dazu ein (ggfs.mit Hund) vom Haus aus zu wandern. Wetter wie erwartet wechselhaft. Kappeln, Flensburg und die Ostsee...

"Die Ferienwohnung lag mit Blick auf die Schlei sehr schön, allerdings habe ich den roten Massagesessel vermisst, der auf den Fotos angegeben war. Das war mit ein Grund, das wir uns für diese Wohnung entschieden haben. Leider gibt es in Olpenitz nur eine Pizzeria und im Edeka ein Bistro. Auch haben wir bei unseren Spaziergängen Bänke vermisst."
