"The room was clean, but small. The furniture did not appear to match. I was disappointed that the lamps did not have direct outlets for phone and I- pad. Unfortunately I did not bring any plugs, just the cords. BUT - the price is right, if all you need is a place to sleep for a night."

"The only problem i had with the sray is the rooms are not handicap access. The toilets sit really low for a elderly person. They was gonna move us to a handicap room. They said it was one. But no railing in bathroom . Mu elderly mom had a hard time getting off toilet no walk in showers for the elderly or handicap .But it was a good stay."

"I've stayed in this hotel 4-5 times over the last 3 years - it used to be pretty good. BUT...I no longer recommend it, not will I be returning until the sale of this property is completed (it is up for sale). 1. Card readers for the external access doors on the East & West side of the building need 3 or 4 tries in order to work, so guests place a rock to prop the door open negating any semblance of security. Remove the rock, next time you walk the dog - it's back. 2. On nightstand where the phone is located, a thick layer of dust had accumulated, meaning the nightstand had not been wiped done across multiple guests. 3. I don't remember a $10 pet fee from my Expedia booking, but they hit me with it on check-in - so watch for this, they refused to waive the fee. 4. Yes they allow pets, when you have one, you get "the pet room" which smells faintly of long-hair ranch dog getting to sleep on the nice carpet instead of out in the truck bed. When it smells of kennel, it's time to break out the carpet cleaner folks. 5. The in-room coffee had no provisions; the plastic packets that have the creamer powder, sugar, stirrers, etc. had not been replaced. Had to get them from the breakfast nook. 6. I'm disappointed. Doubt I'll be back until the property is sold, then we'll see who buys it."

"This IHG was up to the usual high standards. You would expect from IHG. The elevator was out of service, so I gave an average rating for the facilities, but that could happen anywhere. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others, and I would happily stay here again"
