「Everything was perfect except I had rented the two-bedroom because I had my grown daughter with me. She had to sleep on the couch because the futon wasn’t really suitable. I recommend placing a regular bed in the 2nd bedroom.」

「I would choose again this property. The location was perfect, we needed to be close to our newly acquired home In Sequatchie, The cottage was so cute, in an area that was peaceful and close to the interstate. Me and my dogs really enjoyed the comfort of this cottage. 」

「This is a one-bedroom apartment with a bathroom, shower, and kitchenette. It’s very convenient to downtown Winchester. It’s a separate building behind the main house you see off N High St. It was exactly what my husband and I needed when we were in town for a wedding. 」

「This is a beautiful property in a great location right on the town square. There's many easy to walk to shops and dining opportunities here. The listed amenities were accurate within the unit. The kitchen is so well layed out and appointed that it was a shame not to have a reason to use it! The bedding and towels were clean and comfortable. Being directly above a bar/restaurant, we expected some noise during business hours. However we didn't expect the strong fryer smell in the primary bedroom....

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and beautiful apartment, right in the heart of Winchester. It’s walkable to several restaurants and a great ice cream shop. Check-in and communication were smooth. 」

「This property was well located for our business trip. The picture of the property shown on the listing is a somewhat deceptive, the actual entrance to the rental can't be seen. The inside was clean and supplied for our visit. Wash cloths, hand towels and toilet paper were in short supply for our 4 day visit. Outside the grounds were somewhat cluttered and the picnic table had a broken seat. A leaking toilet valve and loose kitchen faucet will need attention.」
