"The check in was fine and the hotel is what unexpected for the price expect the room. We went to sleep and woke up mid night to scratching. I went back to sleep and then by morning, it was consistent and louder. There was a mouse behind the bed scratching the carpet. What!!!! We packed up quickly and I told the front desk. He stated that a manager would call me back on Monday when they are in and it has been crickets. I asked for my money back and he said there wasn’t anything they could do and they need to confirm what I was reporting. So disappointing and will never stay in another Best Western after this experience. "

"The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. The front desk staff, as well as the breakfast buffet staff went above and beyond to make us welcomed and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were quiet and nice. There was no microwave in our room which it turned out we didn't need anyway."

"My room was filthy. The toilet was not cleaned and hair on the bowl and on the edge of the tub. The bed was made but the sheets were dirty and again with hair in the bed. I had to go down stairs and get clean sheets and re make the bed. "

"This was our 1st experience with private lodging and it was great. Check in was easy and the property was exactly as described. Karen and Mike made wonderful hosts and were very gracious and accomodating when I messed up the dates for our reservation. Thanks for a lovely stay!"
