Nothing. 1st room was awful dirty smelling just dusgusting children wouldn't go in. Second room was a little better mold in bathroom, spaghetti on walls, so tired we just stayed, Pool was there but under constrction, children were very disappointed, Please don't recommend this property to young families.

The front desk staff were super friendly, gave some options for dining, there is also many walkable dining places close by which is great. The outside of the hotel, and the lobby were recently updated it seems, they looked very nice. Our room when we walked in smelt like it had been a smoking room for years. We got used to the cigarette-y smell after a bit, but was quite the shock upon first entering. The breakfast was great, fluffy waffles to make, meats and eggs. The room had an extra couch between the beds and the washroom, which was nice to not have to lounge on your bed the whole time. The washroom itself could have used a update as well.

From the greeting to the goodbye, the staff was friendly and most helpful. Demarcus checked us in, and made us feel like family. Hotel is immaculately clean, and incredibly quiet. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, bisquits, sausage gravy, waffles, cereal, and assorted pastries. Will be staying here in the future!

Ease of booking online through Trivago/Expedia while traveling. I had mistakenly reserved a Handicap-accessible room, and the lady who checked us in at the desk saw that neither myself nor my husband were handicapped, and asked if I had intended to reserve a Handicap-accessible room, and I confirmed that I had not. She changed the reservation to a King-Sized room, which was VERY comfortable after a long day's travel on a busy holiday weekend!

Check in took almost one hour, employee didn’t properly locate the reservation even with an email confirmation provided. The place is run down, there was a hole behind our bed. Most employees didn’t look happy to be there and didn’t even interact with guests.

Carpet in the room as very dirty. The “remodeled” bathroom had no towel bars on which to hang wet towels. Dish TV channels list should be in every room without having to ask for it. Nearby restaurant list needs to be updated (some on the list have been closed and replaced). Worst of all..the coffee at breakfast was lukewarm! The bedding was luxurious and very comfortable!
