In its place, a single commercial electric floor fan is provided, which falls significantly short of adequately cooling the space, particularly during warmer periods. Adding to the disappointment, the washing machine advertised in the listing photos is nowhere to be found on the premises. This is a direct discrepancy between what was presented at the time of booking and the actual facilities available upon arrival — a misleading representation that materially affected the decision to book this property. "Really handy for the station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The freebies were much appreciated and I loved that I had a kettle in the room. My own issue was that the bed was really high and being just 5’ 2” I struggled to get in and out of it."
