I don't think this one lived up to its current ratings on the site. Sometimes you get these locally-owned independents and they're gems. This one didn't feel that way. It was kind of oddly set up (reception desk in the middle of a restaurant), kind of institution-style grim in the hallways, and indoor-outdoor carpeting in the rooms. It held a ranking of over 9 when I booked it - but there's no way it's that. It kind of felt sad enough that I don't think I'd stay there again, and I'm not really a tough grader on these things.
