Outdoor Enthusiasts Paradise in Beautiful Vermont!

Immaculate 3 bedroom 2 bath home located in the Chimney Hill 4 Season Resort community.

Fishing, Hiking, Boating, Golfing, skiing and snowmobiling right outside your door!!

The open concept main level features a living room with wood floors and sliding doors leading to a wrap around deck, a dining area, a gourmet kitchen with gas range and quartz countertops, a full bathroom and mudroom with pantry. On the second level there a primary bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom. The lower level boasts a family room, bedroom, utility room with washer & dryer. Get away from it all in the she-shed complete with electricity - Great place for a little quiet/adult time away from the kids or morning coffee!! There is a front 3 season covered porch, Telsa power wall and EV charger. The clubhouse just up the street offers many great amenities such as an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, full fitness room, game room, movie room, basketball court, tennis courts, playground, ice skating pond, hiking trails and snowmobiling plus boat and snowmobile trailer parking areas. Just a short drive to the lakes, golf courses, downtown Wilmington shops & restaurants, Mount Snow ski resort and Hermitage Club.

Cozy getaway

Cozy, clean house to get away from the hustle and bustle. Community pool and amenities are great for the kids. Local attractions and food were superb. Would highly recommend.

Great spot for skiing with family

Beautiful cozy cabin-like home with a handful of modern chic finishes. Great location close to Wilmington and Dover. The unit had everything we needed.

Amazing cabin!

Owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with! And the cabin was so cute and loved the decor. Great accommodations for beds for us and the kids who loved the redone basement as their own kids space! We enjoyed monopoly and the community pool! Made it an even better trip for our family reunion. Thank you!!!

Wonderful Stay

This rental property was very clean and spacious. There is air conditioning upstairs and ceiling fans (which is hard to come by in this area). Great location. Highly recommend.

Great house!

The house had the vibe of a cute, log cabin in the woods. The owner responded with in 5 minutes each time I messaged her. The house was a short 12 minute drive away from Mount Snow. All around we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend!
