Enjoy a stay on Water Street across from the famous Downtown River Walk and Cape Fear River - This is the perfect spot for your Wilmington Vacation. Free parking is included! Please note that our cozy sleeping quarters are located in a LOFT accessed by stairs, surrounded by modern cable railing. Note: While up in the loft area, you will not be able to stand up completely and the stairs to the loft are relatively narrow. A smoke free property Studio apartment with full kitchen and separate bathroom with laundry. First floor of building. Smoke Free Property Full use of condo space. Owner lives local but not on site.
