If you're coming to Lake Tawakoni to get away from it all in nature, this is your place!

We maximized the lake views with multiple huge & comfy outdoor living spaces. A covered back deck has a sweeping lake view, a sectional sofa, dining table, and BBQ grill. And there's more: play foosball, sip drinks at the Mahalo bartop, or watch TV on the outdoor 50" flat-screen—all outside in the lake breezes!

Not to mention your two-acre lot that's shaded by multiple towering pecan trees. A serene fountain is great for your morning meditations, and private fishing pier lets you experience some of the best fishing in Texas right in your own backyard!

MAIN HOUSE DETAILS

Thoughtful Spanish Modern design welcome you to Lago Vista—which was totally remodeled in 2019—and walls of windows let in light and lake views. Keep the views close as you hang out in the sunken living area, prep meals in the gleaming modern kitchen, and dig into group feasts at the 6-person dining table (with space for 4 more at the nearby bartop).

Three deluxe bedrooms in the main house include a king-size master suite, a queen guest room and a sleepover-ready bunk room with two full-over-full bunkbeds and a twin trundle.

Each mattress is high-end, organic, and wrapped in butter-soft luxury linens for an extremely comfortable night's sleep.

Both the master en-suite bathroom and the guest bath were recently upgraded, with indulgences like a walk-in shower with two showerheads (one is a rainfall!) in the master bath.

The Casita at Lago Vista also features end-to-end lake views from the open-concept common areas and upper-level deck.

This space sleeps 4 with a king-size bedroom and another bedroom with two twins—all with high-end mattresses and luxury linen. Both bedrooms share a full, newly remodeled bath with an exquisitely tiled walk-in shower.

A full kitchen, mid-century modern dining table for 4, and living area with a flat-screen TV make this an ideal spot for the grandparents, newlyweds, or anyone else who wants a little extra privacy. (This space shares no walls with the main house; it attaches at the garage.)
