When we entered it was very dirty and had this terrible heavy smell. The elevator had a rug that was filthy and looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed in months. It was matted and the smell got worse. We got to the room and the whole thing was filthy the bathroom had hair everywhere and the beds after pulling back the comforter had dirt crumbs and hair. I’ve stayed in a lot of cheaper motels but this was unacceptable! Even though we were extremely tired, we left immediately and booked another one.

In all honestly there is no purpose in getting a room that’s non-smoking because all along the hallways it smells like smoke. Did a 2 night stay, first night there was no water for half the night and half the next morning, they didn’t even notify anyone. Then on my second night, while my partner was gone someone attempted to open my door multiple times, I was so terrified I couldn’t sleep. Then there was drunk people all around the building including personnel or family/friends of it, as they were arguing, yelling in front of guest including myself. Kids and staff laid up on the couch watching tv, including when I was bound to checkout, the guy just waved me off from the couch. If I received any good service it would of been from a singular employee and that was during check in, nothing further than that. Room wasn’t in its worst condition but definitely need for improvement, sheets were stained, bathroom door was not working, so no sense of privacy among so much more.

This motel is broken down and need a lot of renovating. The rooms bathroom has no handle, just a cut out in the door. The shower is scary and the bath towels as thin as a dish rag. The room is too warm and the a/c isn’t effective.

The entire place was a disappointment. I didn’t even bother taking pictures. While it may have been nice 15 years ago, it has clearly deteriorated over time. The atmosphere is rundown, the smell of cigarettes lingers, and the overall cleanliness is subpar. This property should definitely not be listed on Expedia.

Room had mold on the walls. The walls were caked with dirt. Under the bed had tons of dirt and food. Most of the lights didnt work. There was urine in the toilet. The microwave didnt work, there were stains everywhere and mismatched carpet repair. The microwave was broken and 2 different keys didnt work. And when i complained about it, i was told to deal with it and got yelled at. We ended up leaving and going to a different hotel. They owe me money after that discrace of a room.

The place smells like cigar, the staff were dressed in pj when we got there and terrible attitude. The place was dirty, dated. They almost didn't have any keys to give for our room. I would recomend to close it.

The worst, moldy walls, claimed I used the soaps when I didn’t, they should use those soaps to clean up instead cause those rooms are disgusting, especially the sheets which are not even clean filled with stains, I grabbed my stuff and left! There is no way a hotel should look like that.

BEWARE - UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY The worst conditions I’ve ever experienced. Beds unmade, broken furniture, holes in walls and doors, filthy carpet, tiles missing from bathroom floor. Worst of all, the chain lock on door was broken, so we barricaded door with 2 chairs for safety. Thank goodness because at 9 pm, a staff member opened the door without even knocking and was blocked by the barricade. Needless to say it was a sleepless night. At 5 am, management opened our door, again without knocking and again being blocked by the barricade. He yelled through the door that we were not in his system and he needed to come in to resolve the matter. We told him to go away or we would call the police. We left shortly afterwards. I reported the situation to both Choice Hotels and Expedia, but management at this Rodeway Inn refused to give us a refund.

The worst place I have ever been. I was there for the brimfield antique show and I would have been better off sleeping outside. Place smelt horrible, there was mold, holes in walls, broken furniture, dirty and stained bedding. I had to go to the truck stop next door to get odor spray. I used 2 cans. I have no idea how this place passes any heath inspections. Walls in the room were also sticky and carpet was damp and very stained. No one should stay here. No hotel site should even list this place.

This place was filthy, drug addicts passed out in the lobby and their filthy kids running around. He manager was right there passed out with them!!!! The room had dirty sheets and smelled like feces and cigarettes
