Holland Farms is located in the rolling hills of Williamstown, KY which is nestled in the Golden Triangle. We are located just minutes from downtown Cincinnati, OH, Lexington, KY and a convenient drive from Louisville, KY. We are 7 mins from The Ark Encounter and 35 mins from The Creation Museum. We think you will love our home here at Holland Farms. It has 8 bedrooms, and 7 full bath, and 1 half bath. Lots of room and privacy for family and friends! We have beautiful views of Holland Farms from all windows! There is a swimming pool for the summer months. You will find many tourist attractions close by to explore when you stay with us. Great place to unwind with family and friends and maybe even "unplug" during your stay.

Annual Girls Trip

We have been doing our annual girls trip for several years at different locations. We hit the jackpot with this home! The house is exquisite and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful time and have booked this house again for next year.

Plenty of space for everyone! The pool was a big hit. Loved watching for the cows. We visited museums in Cincinnati and tha Ark Encounter.

Perfect for large group/family

The location was beautiful and quiet. The house was clean, good furniture to accommodate seating for large groups, and not too cluttered. All the bedrooms were of great size and plenty of bathrooms. The salt water pool was such a treat and enjoyed by all. Communication and instructions were great. Would certainly recommend and stay again.

Just right!

This property was just right for our group of 10 (3 families). It feels uncrowded and quiet (deer and turkeys in the yard) and yet is only 40 minutes or so from Cincinnati and Lexington. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of bedrooms and baths for everyone. We had a great stay!

Beautiful Quiet Get-Away!

My husband and I rented this home as a Christmas gift for all of our kids and grandkids! It is the only time we get them all together under one roof for an extended period of time since we live states away from each other. This home was perfect for that! The bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms. The pool was the star of the show along with the backdrop of the sun setting over the rolling hills!

Perfect family mini-vaca

We stayed at Holland Farms for the weekend to take our mother to the Ark Encounter for her 83rd birthday. It was a wonderful place to stay! There were nine of us and we had more than enough room. We loved having so many bathrooms available. The beds were very comfortable. The house was immaculate. We enjoyed the sunset view. We plan to return next summer when we can take advantage of the pool.

50th Anniversary Celebration

The house easily accommodated 2 couples, 2 single adults and 4 children (3-13). With all days being in the 90s, the pool was great, especially for the children. Being 10 minutes from the Ark Encounter and 45 minutes from the Creation Museum was why we choose the property. The view of the countryside is great and we even had cattle come up to the back fence.

Perfect for large multi-family group visiting Ark/Museum

Our group 8 mo.- 86 years old enjoyed this spacious rare find and the beautiful, country setting. The bedrooms were so quiet and separated with four on one side of the house (older ones) and two on the other side (for the young family) worked perfect for our group. Having enough bathrooms for everyone, was especially appreciated as well as the inviting, clean pool being ready by mid-May. The house was clean, had plenty of comfortable seating, parking and all one level. A previous reviewer mentioned a step down to the dining room that we were watching out for but we never found it.

Beautiful home and close to area attractions

The home was beautiful and just enough room for everyone. We were hoping the weather would cooperate to enjoy the pool but it didn't. But the pool was nice to look at. We also had some farm visitors come to the fence. One of my individuals enjoyed all the puzzles. Suggestion would be to have a streaming tv or device like Roku or Amazon fire stick in the main sitting area to view movies. But we would definitely return.

Six bedrooms and a pool!

Six bedrooms and a pool! This is a great price for the size of this house! The house had plenty of bedrooms to accommodate all of us comfortably, and the multiple bathrooms were a definite plus. The spacious living room was a gathering spot for all of us, with ample seating on the couch We were delighted to find that essentials like soap, towels, bed sheets, toilet paper, and shampoo were provided, making our stay hassle-free and convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool to cool off in the afternoons and evenings. The house’s location was wonderful, surrounded by picturesque rolling hills and offering beautiful sunrises and sunsets. One highlight was sitting by the pool in the evening watching the sunset while being visited by a heard of cows at the property fence. The proximity of the house to the Ark Encounter, just a short 10-minute drive away, made it an ideal choice for our trip. The Creation Museum was about 45 minutes away. This house is the perfect blend of comfort, amenities, and a beautiful setting, making our stay truly memorable. My only regret is that it was not available for more days, otherwise we would have stayed longer!

Friends getaway weekend

This was our fourth visit to this property and since our last one in 2024, the property had a complete remodel. We were amazed at the changes and improvements. Plenty of space for the group we had and the new changes were awesome.

We have used this property for four years as the site for our girls trip. We LOVE this house! The space, the scenery, easy communication, the pool; there's nothing that compares to this house for our group of 14-16. We'll be back for year FIVE next July!

New life friends and family

We went to stay at the Holland estate to spend time with family and friends. The pictures of the home do not do it justice because it’s even beautiful in person. It was quiet, serene and the best place to disconnect from all the noise. Enjoyed going to the Ark Encounter that was about 12 minutes away. Everyone loved it so much, we are making plans to go back!!!

Beautiful home

We loved this place! The views were stunning, and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. Everything was nearly perfect. The only downside—and a surprising one—was the lack of a freezer or ice maker. For such a beautifully remodeled property, it was an odd omission.

Amazing property!

This was an amazing property - absolutely beautiful location with great views of rolling hills. We had cows right behind the fence and turkeys as well! The house was spotless, well-decorated, and well-appointed. It was really beautiful. We appreciated that the lights were all marked and how thoughtfully stocked everything was. The communication was excellent. I received immediate responses to my questions. The only downside was not having a freezer or ice available (there is a large refrigerator). But, otherwise, this is an amazing property. Honestly, it is so beautiful if I owned it I'm not sure I would ever leave!!!

Beautiful Sprawling Ranch - Remodeled

We've stayed in this property before, but the renovation just blew us away. The kitchen and dining room are just gorgeous and the four bedroom suites and beautiful. This helped our group since there were plenty of places to sleep and plenty of bathrooms. The huge fridge was incredible. The location is wonderful. The property manager always answers promptly. The only thing missing was a freezer.
