"Only thing that was lacking was an alarm clock and an in room coffee maker. Also no continental breakfast. Room was nice and clean and beds were comfortable though."

"Comfortable room, convenient access to Cumberland Falls and I 75. Red Roof Inn was a nice place to stay while visiting Kentucky. Starbucks was close, and the Brooklyn Brothers Restaurant was an excellent choice for dinner located next door to the Red Roof. "

"The hotel was great for us. We fell asleep almost right away and had a good breakfast the next morning. We also accidentally left a wallet in the room and found out much later but the staff was willing to mail us back to us. Much appreciated!"

"The corners of the bathroom grout were not the best. Lots a nice towels. Small tv. Great internet. Nice little refrigerator with small freezer for our freezer blocks. Good coffee in the room. Be ready for stairs to the cabin. We stopped at a Kroger about 20 minutes away and brought in a rotisserie chicken and salad. The restaurant is closed."

"No refrigerator or microwave in room. Beds , box springs, squeaky and terrible shape. Balcony overlook, weak. Tall standing trees blocking view. The breakfast that everyone raved about, weak.. no bacon. I would not recommend this place."

"A hotel employee stole a brand new pair of shoes left at check out and “no one on the staff remembers seeing the shoes”. They were brand new in the box. The hotel staff member Tammy said they did not care if I leave a bad review and that no one stole anything when I know for a fact that they were in the drawer when we left. Hotels.com also did nothing regarding the stolen item. After asking for corporate’s number and being told by Tammy there was no corporate number, I asked for the owner to call me and left my name and phone number. I then found corporate’s number myself and filed a complaint."
