「Rooms weren’t cleaned efficiently on a Daily basis. They would replenish towels and make the bed at best. The food at the Buffett was very good. The food was good in every restaurant but the service was terrible. It always felt like you were inconveniencing the staff by asking for a drink. They did a horrible job of keeping the resort clean. Dirty dishes and food was left all over the pool and beach area for the whole day. It was disgusting and ants would start to swarm making other people not...

「The arrival to the resort was great! The staff is very professional and welcoming. However, the water issue the morning after caused many guests to not be able to shower. Although the issue was fixed, the following morning there was no hot water in the shower. Besides those small issues the stay was about average.」
