The lady that was at the check in desk was AMAZING! Arrived and found an issue with the car, she helped with that as well as a plan b for getting to airport, parking and everything. THIS is my new Norfolk hotel

Everything was nice. With a handicap room you need more towels so u can soap up the water that gets all over the bathroom.
