While this motel is a throwback to generations past in Wildwood, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the owner who works the front desk was so pleasant. Short walk to the beach and jitney as well. I would absolutely stay here again.

The Sea Chest motel is a gem in the heart of Wildwood Crest. Our room, including the bathroom, was very clean. Our room had a full size fridge and freezer. There is free WiFi and a HDTV. Johnny, the proprietor, is very friendly and helpful. He and his family do a great job keeping this motel looking great. This motel's location is only two blocks from the south end of the Wildwood boardwalk. The motel is one block from the beach. We would gladly stay at the Sea Chest Motel again.

John was an amazing dude who was welcoming and very respectful. I come down to wildwood every now and then and stay at a variety of hotels. I plan on coming down again and this is the first hotel I will be checking for rooms.

We would definitely recommend the Sea Chest Motel. John and his wife were very accommodating and the hotel continues to captured the Wildwood Crest Charm. The property was very family friendly with free use of the pool, grills, picnic are. The location was perfect in the Crest with bike rentals across the street and the beach only a short walk from the hotel. We will absolutely stay there again in the future.

Like a new old motel! Cool retro vibe.

This motel perfectly fits the vibe and character of Wildwood. John is a wonderful host. Super clean and comfortable property. Exceptionally well maintained. Location is awesome. Had a really nice run along the pedestrian/bicycle path, and enjoyed a beautiful walk along the beach.

Last minute getaway

John was such a pleasure to deal with. Everything was smooth at check in. This place is well Maintained. The room was clean the pool area was great. I love the patio furniture outside each room. Great touch. We will be returning for sure.
