This is a family-oriented home located on a quiet street. Under no circumstance do we rent to Prom groups, Senior week groups, or any other type of non-family group consisting of guests under age 25. This includes parents or adults renting on behalf of people under 25. If you are under age 25 and your family has asked you to reserve the home; DO NOT reserve this home. Please have a family member who is over the age of 25 make the reservation. Any reservation made by someone under age 25 will lose their deposit. No exceptions.

Family birding trip.

This home is spacious and nicely located. We enjoyed walking to the bay or the beach. Friendly neighbors. There were issues with cleanliness. I would advise the host to provide dishwasher detergent. Many dishes in the cabinet and silverware drawer were dirty. Communication strictly through VRBO with the host was very difficult for the senior with limited tech experience. Specifically pictures of a problem we wanted to share

Nice Location

We had a really nice time. My only negative comment is that the house was not clean. Besides that the location is great. Within 10 minutes to everything. My family really enjoyed their stay. Host was responsive.

Family Weekend

We were in town for a long weekend for a Coast Guard graduation. The location was great. It was close to the beach (walking distance), a short drive to everywhere we needed to be, and with it being off season, no issues parking at the house/on the street. The house was as advertised and really the only issues were minor. The front porch had a broken chair that was not useable. The back porch area was super cute but the porch light did not work so it was hard to see. The listing said to bring your own linens (which we did) but upon arrival, one of the bedrooms still had sheets on it, and trash in the bathroom so it made us question the cleaning of the house before our arrival. Other than that, it was very comfortable and lots of room for our whole family!

Overall place was good - dirty trays left in oven - crumbs in bunk beds - vacuum cleaner full of cat litter - side note - no teaspoons - plenty of big ones Great location - advertised as 2 parking spaces in driveway - we could just fit one - we have Hyundai Tucson and could only fit one without blocking driveway

Large first floor rental worked out well for our family group of nine. Good amenities in a clean space. Nice quiet neighborhood. Three long blocks to the beach but was doable. We would recommend this and rent it again ourselves.

Good Times!

The house is very nice. Good location, nice neighborhood. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. Inside and outside are clean. The only issue was the landscaping, it needs to be kept better. Overall nice house, we had a very good time!

Family Friendly

Our family of 8 stayed at this home during the offseason and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was perfect at night. The kids loved the bunk rooms and spent many hours playing in there. Overall, the house was just as advertised in the listing. Daniel was a great host and was quick to answer any questions before and during our trip. Thank you for the great stay!
