About this property

The Townhouse Cozy Ocean-front first floor condominium.

  • Recently renovated except bathroom. Brand new beds, mattress, new floors, new sofa bed and fresh paint. For any questions or concerns please call or text Maria Bianchi at (917)292-7190
    This condo is located on the first floor with the pool just a few steps away. All kids under 17 need to be accompanied by an adult. Please no outside visitor. No pets.
    Cape May is 20 minutes away and the boardwalk is 10 minutes away by car.
    The beach is just down the block and is just a one-minute walk.
    Access to a washer and dryer at any time, clothes line to hang your towels and bathing suits. Washer and dryers need quarters. Great restaurants not far at all.
    Every Friday night there is a spectacular firework show located on the beach.
    Many restaurants are nearby.
    Many activities such as jet-skiing, whale watching, full playground areas, and sport-related activities are all very close by.
