"I almost hate giving this place such a high review in fear that it may be booked solid next time I want to visit; however, it deserves all the stars! The place was very spacious and as pictured. It was clean upon arrival and check-out directions were straightforward. The guest book is wonderful- I highly recommend taking the time to read it. As a note, for those wanting to travel regularly into Orlando or the theme parks: this location was (on average for us) 50-70 minutes away from all those hubs. It’s about 70-90 minutes from the beaches. That was not a concern for my group, but something to consider if you are making daily trips. You have to take the turnpike to and from which can become congested easily and intimidating if you are not used to multi-lane interstates, especially during busy hours. If you have business outside of the parks or don’t mind the drive, then no worries! Travel is easy within the Villages both by car and the (very popular) golf carts. Plenty of places to visit for food, groceries and entertainment."

"Perfect house for relaxation and chilling. House is well equipped, as a marylander only thing missing in spice cabinet is old bay😁. Our only problem was not being able to watch tv after 8:30pm cause the living room tv kept turning off repeatedly. We checked all settings and sleep timers with no luck"

"They offered a pool but when I got there they said the pool was under maintenance because of a crack which they did not inform us when we made the reservations."

"The house was very clean when we arrived. The toiletries and supplies made available to use were plentiful. The location is ideal to both the pools and the town square. We had a wonderful stay."

"Great spot for golf, guns and horses for sure, its all within a short distance. We were in town for my daughters wedding and it was a perfect place to stay, would love to come back. Great host with good communication."

"This property is well situated in The Villages and just down the street from the Sawgrass Square, and an easy golf cart drive to The Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing town squares. There are two large Publix Supermarkets close by as well as other shopping and dining opportunities in the town squares. The property is well maintained and was a pleasure to stay at for the week we were there. When we texted to property owners with any questions we had, they were very prompt in their response"
