Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, good size and the balcony with a view. It was quiet too. The only, very minor downside was a bit dark, lack of light in the ceiling. The bathroom was clean, good size and shower was powerful. Breakfast is good too, with lots of selection, from the usual continental as well as hot sausages, bacon, beans, scrambled eggs and boil eggs. Orange juice was good, as well as the coffee. It is close to the train station, closer than I expected. And the ski free shuttle is right opposite the hotel front door. The ski room with boot warmer. There was swimming pool but I didn't use it. Cannot fault it at all, 100% recommended.

Very friendly staff. Dinner was conveniently offered in the hotel restaurant. Beautiful view if the weather cooperates. If there is fog or rain you can’t really see the view from behind the hotel.

The hotel is old and outdated. For example there was one electrical outlet in the room. It was difficult to charge phones and watches.

The staff was fantastic. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful hotel, with stunning views of the alps. Room was incredible. Small, but everything you could ever need was available. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. A wonderful few days
