"Great location, felt like we were in the heart of the activities of the town. Clean rooms, well appointed. Self check in feature adds convenience since hotel is not really staffed after 6pm. Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps. "Hmm, ja, was soll man sagen... Die Zimmer wurden nur nach Rückfrage gemacht, also meistens gar nicht. Handtuchwechsel nach 5 Tagen? Nur nach Aufforderung. Bettwäsche sollte auch mal nach einer Woche gewechselt werden, ist hier nicht Standard. Die Betten sind durchgelegen, müssten dringend erneuert werden. Die Gastronomie ist gut, der Wein könnte in einer Weingegend schon etwas günstiger sein."

"The property build in 1704 was very clean and beautifully decorated. The house looks much smaller from the outside than it feels from the inside. The kitchen has all the supplies needed, as well as olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, tea and coffee. The location in the city center is ideal to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Excellent mattress, comfortable bedding, great shower. The stairs are steep and the ceilings are low."
