"The digital check in process does not let you check in until exactly 3 pm. The room is assigned automatically, but it does not mean it is ready for you. If you arrived earlier, there is no place to leave your suitcases until you get access to the room. When we finally get into the room, it was not cleaned after previous tenants. It was Saturday and the office was closed and we don’t know what to do and who to call. The cleaning ladies come somewhat 20 minutes after 3 and it took then another...

"Comfy and clean place to explore Frankfurt from. Check-in was a disaster though, would not recommend if you’re arriving later in the day or there is the potential to have delayed flights. Booking though Expedia meant I didn’t receive emails that would let me check in and I had to run to a nearby cafe before they closed so I could get a keycard to enter the building. Staff were friendly on the phone but don’t book if you expect people to be around to help you check in. "

"Bold Hotel Frankfurt is a very well renovated apart-style hotel located in the suburbs 5 minutes away from an S-bahn and tram system. The single studio that I stayed it was absolutely excellent as it came with a very modern design and quite spacious, coming with an extra bonus of the studio kitchen. (the pictures actually don't do it justice, the room was bigger than my student accommodations!) One big gripe one would argue is the lack of air conditioning, which might be a must in the summer...

"Hello, we stayed in this property for two nights. It was advertised as a very nice location on your website, however the actual condition is different. Heating system was broken in both rooms, so it was blasting hot air. When we spoke to the staff member, they said they'd fix it same day. They couldn't so they said we would be able to change rooms for free next morning. The other room was located 100cm away from reception, meaning I could hear everything. "Excellent stay! Room was tastefully decorated and incredibly clean. They thoughtfully left ear plugs on the beds but we never needed them. I believe the ear plugs are for the traffic noise outside but we never needed them and actually all the busyness meant we were in an amazing location! We could walk almost everywhere we wanted or the public transportation was literally outside the front door. Very easy to get around. There was also a super cute park right next door with a playground for those...

"The area around the trainstation is one of the most terifying I have been to. Dirty, a lot of shady people walking around. It was particularly disturbing at night. The room was nice, it was amazing to receive all the gifts and snacks! There was a good coffee machine and kettle, the kitchen was quite clean and equipped. The bathroom was a bit dirty but good to use. Overall the hotel is one to recommend altough the area around is a big big minus."
