"Our stay was great! I love the esthetic of the hotel. Nice finishes and modern feel. It was clean for the most part. They provided body wash, shampoo, and conditioner of what seemed good quality. Our rooms were side by side so we opened the door and pretty much had a good time utiliting both rooms! The continental breakfast was also good. We arrived a few hours early and they had our rooms ready within 45mins. The pool was clean and big. I wish there was a hot tub though. The only thing that was a down side is there was other people's hair stuck in different places of the shower walls. I was able to rinse them down the drain but that is the only negative I have and it was not a big deal at all! I was throughly pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend! They had a washer and dryer for $2 which I thought was awesome also!"

"The hotel is very close to the Buffalo airport. They offer free parking on the grounds of the hotel, up to a maximum of 10 days, providing you stay at least one night. They also have a shuttle to and from the airport. Our room had a king size bed, which was wonderfully comfortable. The room was clean, and had everything we needed, including numerous outlets for plug-in devices of one sort or another. It's a two-story hotel, with an elevator, which was essential, as one of us has mobility issues. Our room on the second floor was comfortable and quiet, cleanliness standards were excellent. Breakfast is included, and is available from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. the one thing that kept me from giving an excellent reading was the breakfast. It's not that it was bad, again it had all of the basics which are now common to most hotels that offer Continental breakfast. Cereal, bagels, toast, coffee, yogurt, juice and a waffle machine. They also had scrambled eggs, but they meet was some type of nondescript sausage patty, not especially flavorful. If I were to make suggestions, I would recommend something like tater tots, along with some fresh fruit. Despite the minor complaint about the sausage patty, the rest of our stay was more than adequate, and we would definitely stay there again. The hotel seems to be well run, and I would certainly recommend it, particularly for short-term stays, perhaps at the beginning or the end of your travel plans."

"The vanity area is way too small for 2 or more people. The lighting is dim and it could use a small table and mirror near an outlet would be helpful. Otherwise it was a very good stay. Kudos to your breakfast staff. They go above and beyond to be helpful and very polite. Would definitely recommend."

"We enjoyed our overnight stay at the hotel. It was our first time to stay in Buffalo USA and at this specific location. The experience was excellent. All staff were friendly and very accommodating. It is an upscale hotel for sure. One big complaint we have though is that we were put on the same floor with unconsiderate people. Teenagers were none stop banging on doors, in and out of their hotel rooms, constant noise, yelling, laughing, moving of things and at one point a small understanding between a parent and a son. This went on until 2:30am. I supposed there were drunk adults too."
